Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original condition. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at info@mojave-naturals.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mojave Naturals is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Resolution Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue an exchange or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not available. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future Mojave Naturals order.

Non-Returnable Items All sales on opened or used products are final.
